What spec are your are your servers?
All our servers have at least 1028mb of Ram and at least a 2.8GHz processor.
What kind of internet backbone are they connected to?
Our servers are connected to multiple backbones including multiple GiG-e's , multiple OC-3's and a Ds-3! Providers include Verio, TimeWarner, Savis , Eli and cogent! The datacentre now has a combined capacity of 6.2GBPS.
Where can I download a file to test network speed? A 5mb test file can be downloaded from http://www.alphite.ca/xtras/5mb.test.zip
What control panel do you use?
We use the cPanel for our servers.

What is the Url to login to the control panel?
You can login to your control panel at http://www.addico.ca/cpanel
DNS questions
What are your primary and secondary nameservers?
Primary: ns1.hitdns.com
Secondary: ns2.hitdns.com
How long will it take for the DNS change to propagate throughout the internet?
Depending on your ISP it can take anywhere from 24-72 hours usually.
FTP questions
Where do I upload my files to?
Point your ftp client at ftp.yourdomain.com or ftp.alphite.ca and upload your files to the httpdocs directory.

/usr/bin/perl
What is the path to sendmail?
/usr/sbin/sendmail
Where can cgi scripts be executed from?
CGi scripts can be executed from the cgi-bin.
Where can PHP scripts be executed from?
PHP scripts can be executed from any directory.
E-mail Questions
What are my incoming and outgoing mailservers?
Both incoming (POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) mailservers are mail.yourdomain.com
How do I access IMP webmail
Webmail can be accessed by pointing your browser at https://www.yourdomain.com:2096/ and logging in with your Pop3 username and password. You must make a mailbox account in your control panel before logging into webmail.
